 One Foundation, China Social Entrepreneur Foundation and Dumex is planning to set up a Project GO (婴幼儿营养辅食起跑工程) to help alleviating malnutrition in the Chinese rural areas. This involves setting up and testing out a brand new social business model in China.  A social enterprise (BabyCo) will be set up with a new management and operation team.  This would be a true start-up, involving the introduction and education of the product to the Chinese rural consumers. 李连杰壹基金,友成企业家扶贫基金会和多美滋婴幼儿食品有限公司计划实施一个婴幼儿营养辅食起跑工程,用于帮助减轻中国农村地区营养不良问题,包括在中国建立并试验一个全新的公益性社会企业模式。一个社会企业(婴幼儿食品公司)将会负责建立一个管理团队和运营团队。这是一个真正的创业,包括把产品的信息和与之相关的教育介绍给中国农村地区消费者。 现招聘以下四个职位:(招聘截止:2010年9月30日) 工作地点:湖北恩施 职位描述: 职位一:General Manager 总经理       1名 1. Job functions 工作职能 The General Manager will act as an entrepreneur to start up the business from scratch and build the model for future success.  He needs to create the strategies and mobilizes different partners and resources to make things happen and drives the business.   He will establish an office, build the team, develop relationship with local government, KOLs, HCPs and local retail trade, including local wholesalers and key hypermarkets, and the like, develop market entry plan to introduce the product and services to the rural consumers, and generally set the stage for a long term presence in China. 总经理将会作为一个企业家,从零开始业务,并为将来的成功建立模式。他需要创立战略方向,动员不同的合作单位和资源,做实事,并推动业务发展。他将会建立一个办公室,一个团队,与当地政府,专家,保健中心,和当地零售贸易(包括当地批发商,超市)建立关系,提出进入市场的计划,将产品和服务介绍给农村消费者,为在中国的长期发展设定路径模式等等。 2. Scope of Work工作范围 l A new brand will be established for this new social business and the management of both the service & the product is critical to achieve the commercial & the social objectives.  The product manager will develop & implement the product & education plans and also assist in the new product development projects. 一个全新的品牌将会为着这个全新的公益性社会企业而建立,服务和产品的管理对于是否能够达到商业和社会双重目标来说,是非常重要的。该产品经理将会负责开发并实行产品和教育计划,并且在新产品发展项目方面起着辅助作用。 2.   Key responsibilities主要责任: l Assist in developing education plans & programs to mothers, including direct to consumer programs and programs through health care professionals (HCP). 辅助开发针对妈**教育计划和项目,包括直接面向消费者的项目和通过保健专家的项目。 l To work closely with training nutrition specialist to align the education contents to mothers in order to keep consistency across every channel. Also to ensure the consumer education plans are matching with the saleslady training plan & education plan to HCP 和营养培训专员紧密合作,理顺针对妈**教育内容,从而使得每个渠道彼此能够保持一致。另外,需要保证消费者的教育计划,与销售妇女的培训计划和保健专家的教育计划能配合起来。 l To coordinate and work with various partners (foundations, governments, volunteers, local players, cartoon producer, premium suppliers, advertising agency, design agency, production agency, PR agency, etc) for the  implementation of the education program in a cost effective and efficient approach 协调不同合作伙伴的关系(基金会,政府,自愿者,当地消费者,动画片制片人,金牌供货商,广告公司,设计公司,产品制作公司,公关公司等等),从而能够使得教育项目以一种成本控制,并且效率高的途径,开展起来。 l To work closely with sales team for product promotion (loyalty education programs), and evaluate program effectiveness based on actual sales, saleslady & consumer feedbacks 与销售团队紧密合作产品促销计划(产品忠诚度的教育项目),并根据实际销售额,销售妇女和消费者的反应,评估项目的有效性。 l Collect, consolidate and analyze sales data, market intelligence, competitive information and assist in market research, consumer analysis, post –launch evaluation, etc. 收集,综合和分析销售数据,市场情报,竞争者信息,并辅助进行市场研究,消费者肥西,产品上市后的评估等等 l A&P management & intra-department administrative jobs, if necessary 应收/应付管理,如有必须,部门内部的行政工作。 l To assist & work closely with R&D / operation departments. in new product development  or continuous product improvement 与研发/生产部门紧密合作,在产品新的发展或产品的持续改善方面,提供帮助。 3. Job functions 工作职能 To develop a successful sales and distribution model for the YYB by developing the sales and distribution strategies, creating and leading the YYB sales team to achieve given sales and nutrition education targets. 通过发展销售和分销战略,创立并领导营养包销售团队达到既定的销售和营养教育目标,从而为营养包项目开发一种成功的销售和分销模式。 2. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities 职责和责任 • To develop creative sales and distribution strategies for effective sustainable distribution of the YYB to the deep villages 为营养包项目深入农村,进行有效地、可持续性的分销,发展具有创造性的销售和分销战略。 • To create a personal selling system (rural sales lady) including organization, remuneration package and incentives scheme to drive the effective product penetration in the village level. Scope of Work工作范围 l An important part of the Social Business is to increase the nutrition knowledge of the village women.  The Nutrition Training Specialist will work with various foundations, nutrition experts, and volunteers to develop, arrange and deliver key baby nutrition and diet training to the medical practitioners, village doctors, village mothers and the sales force. 公益性社会企业的一个重要组成部分就是提供农村妇女的营养知识。该营养培训专员将会和不同基金会、营养专家和志愿者合作,为医疗从业人员、村医,农村妈妈和销售团队建立、安排和传递主要的婴幼儿营养知识和饮食培训。 2.   Key responsibilities主要责任 l To develop training model for the YYB project to uplift the nutrition knowledge of the desired target groups (training policies, systems, plan and schedule and budget) in selected province and ensure all training is aligned with and supports the project direction, culture and imperatives. 开发营养包项目的培训模式,提升选定省份既定目标人群的营养知识(培训政策,体系,计划和流程,以及预算),并确保所有的培训和项目走向,文化以及规则保持一致,并为之提供帮助。 l In consultation with other partners, identify training needs for all the relevant groups (rural women, country medical practitioners, pregnancy and new mum) , design appropriate training interventions to meet identified needs and evaluate their effectiveness. 与其他合作伙伴磋商,认定所有相关团队的培训需要,包括农村妇女,农村医疗从业人员,孕妇,和新妈妈,根据不同的需求,设计相关的培训内容,并评估其有效性。 l To coordinate and work with various partners (foundations, governments, volunteers, local players etc) for the  implementation of the training program in a cost effective and efficient approach 与不同合作伙伴协调,包括基金会,政府,自愿者,当地消费者等等,建立一种成本控制,并且高效的培训项目。 l Develop links with appropriate academic and vocational institutes to achieve external accreditation for training. 与相关的学术和科研机构建立联系,从而为相关培训寻求外部资格认定。 l Ensure needed record keeping is carried out. 做好相关培训记录的保持工作 3.
